Participant Waiver (Summary)

By entering The Bunker and/or using our simulator bays, you acknowledge that golf practice and play involve inherent risks (including being struck by a club, ball, or other equipment). You agree to participate at your own risk and to follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

You (and, if applicable, your guests) agree to release and hold harmless The Bunker, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

House Rules

Check in / access: Follow posted check-in instructions. Members using after-hours access must ensure doors close behind them.

Bay capacity: Follow the posted maximum number of players per bay.

Clubs & swings: No practice swings outside the hitting area. Keep a safe distance from other players.

Ball use: Use only approved balls in the bays (no scuffed/cracked balls).

Food & drinks: Allowed only in designated areas unless otherwise posted. No open containers near launch monitors, computers, or projectors.

Respect the equipment: Do not move hardware, cameras, monitors, projectors, or mats.

Minors: Minors must be supervised by an adult unless explicitly approved in writing.

Footwear: Clean, non-marking shoes recommended. No spikes unless permitted.

Conduct: No abusive behavior, harassment, or unsafe play. We reserve the right to end a session without refund for rule violations.

Damage: You are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow rules.

Safety Reminders

Maintain a safe swing radius at all times.

Keep drinks away from electronics.

Report any equipment issues immediately.
