Refund / Cancellation Policy
Hourly Bookings

Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your reservation to avoid charges.

Late cancellations / no-shows: May be charged in full.

Late arrivals: Your reservation time will not be extended.
Memberships

Membership fees are billed on the schedule shown at checkout.

Memberships can be canceled according to the terms shown on the Memberships page.

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Events
-
Event deposits may be non-refundable and are applied to your event total.

Final headcount and payment deadlines will be provided in your event agreement.
Facility Closures / Technical Issues
If we experience a facility closure or a verified equipment issue that prevents play, we will provide an appropriate remedy (reschedule, credit, or refund) at our discretion.
