Agreement
By accessing our website, booking a bay, purchasing a membership, attending an event, or using The Bunker facilities, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings

Reservations are subject to availability.

You are responsible for arriving on time; late arrival may reduce your play time.

We may assign a different bay if needed for operational reasons.
Memberships

Membership benefits, access rules, and pricing are described on the Memberships page.

Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

We may suspend or terminate memberships for rule violations or non-payment.
Facility Access (Including After-Hours)

Members must follow all access procedures.

Do not allow non-authorized individuals to enter behind you.

You are responsible for your guests and their conduct.
Assumption of Risk
Golf and simulator play involve risk of injury and property damage. You assume these risks when using our facility.
Damage & Misuse
You may be charged for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow posted instructions.
Prohibited Conduct
No unsafe play, harassment, intoxication beyond responsible limits, or illegal activity. We may end sessions without refund for violations.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and trademarks are owned by The Bunker or used with permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bunker is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
